Delete your account and data

You can delete your Heart Steps parent account, and everything stored with it on our servers, at any time.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open Heart Steps and go to the Parent Zone (you will be asked a quick grown-up question).
2. Tap Kids, avatars & family account.
3. Tap Delete account & cloud data, then confirm with Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can no longer use the app, email support@hivup.pro from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Heart Steps account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner), then email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your parent account: email address, name and password hash.
• All child profiles synced to your account: nicknames, age bands, avatar designs and progress.
• All family worlds you built.

What is not affected

• Data kept only on your device (profiles used without an account, the family journal and settings). Remove it by deleting profiles in the app or uninstalling Heart Steps.
• Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; please cancel it in your store account.
• Reports of AI content are not linked to your account, so they cannot be found or deleted by account. If you want a specific report removed, email us the text.
