Website privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy covers this website, hivup.pro. Each hivup app has its own privacy policy, which explains what that app does:
What this website collects
- No accounts, no forms, no cookies for tracking or ads. This site uses no analytics or advertising tools.
- Like every website, our web server briefly receives technical information needed to deliver pages (such as your IP address and browser type). It is used only to run and protect the site.
- Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no third parties see your visit.
- Your browser remembers, for this visit only, that Pip has already said hello, so the greeting is not shown again. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Chatting with Pip
Pip, the red panda in the corner of this website, is an AI helper. Chatting is optional.
- When you send Pip a message, it goes to our server and then to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, to write the reply. Recent messages from the same chat are sent too, so Pip can follow the conversation.
- Before anything is sent, our server removes email addresses, web links and phone numbers from your message.
- We do not store chat messages. When you close or reload the page, the chat is gone.
- Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models. It may keep them for a short time for safety and abuse monitoring.
- To stop misuse, our server counts how many messages come from each IP address. The count is kept in memory for about 10 minutes and is not saved.
- Pip can make mistakes, and its answers are not professional advice. Please don’t share personal details in the chat.
When you email us
If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply and help you, and we keep it only as long as needed for that.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@hivup.pro.
