These terms apply to this website and to hivup apps, including Little Values. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree on behalf of your child.
1. Using our apps
- Our children’s apps are meant to be used by children with a parent or guardian’s permission and oversight.
- Parent accounts are for adults. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Please do not misuse the apps, try to break or overload our servers, or use them to harm anyone.
2. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to create replies, stories and ideas. AI can occasionally be wrong or unexpected. In our apps these features are optional, are switched on by a parent, and every answer can be reported. Pip, the helper on this website, is also an AI and chatting with it is optional. AI content is for fun and learning, not professional advice.
3. Subscriptions
Paid features are sold through Google Play or the App Store under their terms, including billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account at any time.
4. Content and ownership
The apps, their characters (including Pip), artwork, stories and this website belong to hivup. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Things your family creates in the apps remain yours.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep our apps running smoothly, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or stop features. If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the app or on this website.
6. Liability
Our apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, hivup is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
