Heart Steps
Real values for real life.
Children step into everyday places like home, school, the park and the market. They help real people, learn kindness, honesty and courage, and try it for real the same day. Parents get simple ways to help at home.

Three big things Heart Steps does
Not lectures. Small, real moments children can see, feel and practise.
Teaches real values
Kindness, honesty, sharing, courage, saying sorry and more, learned by doing.
- Someone needs help, and your child chooses what to do
- They see how people feel after each choice
- Mistakes are safe: Pip helps them try again
Helps parents
Simple tools to keep the lesson going at home, with you in charge.
- A βTry it at homeβ idea after every place
- Conversation starters and a family journal of real wins
- Progress, feelings, screen time and bedtime in the Parent Zone
Explains the real world
Kitchens, classrooms, bus stops, pools and markets, drawn as real scenes.
- Places children visit every day
- Real-life stories where they decide what happens
- Wow World facts and quizzes about space, animals and the ocean

Calm, safe and in your control
Heart Steps is designed for young children, with grown-ups in charge of every important choice.
β AI is off until you turn it on
Pip AI only works after a parent switches it on behind the parent check. Without it, the whole app works offline.
β No ads, no tracking
There are no adverts and no third-party analytics or tracking in Heart Steps.
β Grown-up alerts
If your child says something that sounds worrying, Pip gently tells them to talk to a trusted grown-up and you see an alert in the Parent Zone.
β Report anything
Every AI answer has a report flag, so anything that feels wrong reaches our team for review.
β Minimal data
Children use a nickname and an age band. Photos for avatars are turned into cartoon settings and never stored.
β You stay in control
Screen-time limits, bedtime mode, and the option to delete your account and cloud data at any time.
What ages is Heart Steps for?
Children aged 3 to 8. Stories and choices adapt to two age bands: 3β5 and 6β8.
What will my child actually learn?
Real values for everyday life: kindness, honesty, sharing, courage, empathy, patience, gratitude, saying sorry, helping at home and more. Each place ends with a small βTry it at homeβ idea, so the lesson carries on off the screen.
Does my child need an account?
No. Families can play without an account, and everything stays on the device. A parent account is optional and lets you keep profiles in sync across devices.
What does Pip AI do?
With Pip AI switched on, Pip can talk with your child in their own words, invent new real-life adventures, write stories, and answer curious questions, always in simple, kind language for young children.
Is Pip AI safe?
Pip AI is off by default and only a parent can turn it on. It is guided to stay gentle, age-appropriate and on-topic, never asks for personal details, and every answer can be reported. See the privacy policy for exactly what is shared.
Does Heart Steps work offline?
Yes. All places, stories and games work without the internet. Only the optional AI features need a connection.
How much does it cost?
Heart Steps is free to start, with optional premium content available by subscription through the app store.
