Little Values
Pip AI is not answering
In Little Values, open Parent Zone → Settings. Make sure "Enable Pip AI" is on, then tap "Test Pip AI". It tells you exactly what is wrong (for example no internet connection). The rest of the app always works offline.
I forgot my parent check answer
The parent check is a short maths question that changes every time, so there is nothing to remember. Just answer the new question shown.
How do I add or remove a child?
Open Parent Zone → Kids, avatars & family account. You can add a child, edit a nickname, age band or avatar, or remove a profile.
How do I delete my account?
See the step-by-step guide on the account deletion page. You can do it in the app in a few taps.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. On Android open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
